I would buy this game, as it is, as an early access title on Steam. Please just make it happen, you can always work on the game and fix things in early access.
We have waited far too long for this. I have cancer and I'd like to play it before I die.. if it comes to that.
Also I tried to contact the guy about beta, but have not heard back from him.

El Tres/Jason I'm pretty sure this couldn't go on Steam as I imagine the rights are still owned by someone, somewhere - most likely lost from a few decades of contract changes, company mergers, etc. Also people on Steam can be quite demanding about what they feel they're entitled to which can turn an interesting hobby into a pressurised nightmare. If possible I'd suggest reaching out for some way to donate, again better than Valve taking 30% on top of their listing fee. |

I'm at a loss: if Kalief sent you the necessary things to get started, I don't see why you can't play on your PC or laptop unless you have neither. I really couldn't say if it could be played on a smartphone or tablet, but I kind of doubt it: the system requirements probably wouldn't be there.
Also, and as always, the future of this game lies in the hands of the developers. So they'll be making the call ... eventually. :-)
